Younglings World is a children's storytelling brand operated by BUDS. References to "we," "us," or "Younglings World" in these Terms refer to BUDS.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Zuzu the Kind Zebra character, all stories, illustrations, activity books, brand name, logo, tagline ("Stories from Africa. Lessons for the World."), and all associated creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of BUDS.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use that product only. It does not transfer any ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. Products and Purchases

We sell digital and physical products through Selar, a third-party e-commerce platform. By making a purchase, you also agree to Selar's own Terms of Service and policies, available at selar.com.

• Digital products: Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the file is defective or not as described.
• Physical products: Delivery timelines and shipping policies are as stated at the time of purchase. If you experience a problem with a physical order, please contact us at support@theyounglingsworld.com within 14 days of expected delivery.
• Refunds: Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair and reasonable resolution of any genuine issues.

By subscribing to Zuzu's Kindness Club, you consent to receiving periodic email communications from Younglings World. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will never spam you or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
